As a futurist and sustainability engineer, Claire helps organizations and people see the future more clearly and map the journey to their desired future. Listed among Forbes Top 50 Female Futurists, through her insightful storytelling she helps people feel the future. A Board Member of the World Futures Studies Federation, she is a creative strategic thinker and change agent. Claire is a keynote speaker and ideation leader on the future, covering topics such as From Future Shock to Future Sense, the Future of Wellbeing, Industry 4.0, and the Future of the American Dream. Her experience includes speaking at the Salzburg Seminar on Moral, Ethical, and Spiritual Leadership; Worldsteel; the US Airforce; and Purdue University. Claire’s experiences includes pioneering development equity and strategic foresight in development assistance at the Inter-American Development Bank, and leading the identification and development of technical assistance in innovation portfolios in renewable energy. Her experience also includes stock exchange development, health care, intellectual property, and privatization across the Caribbean and Latin America. Her specialties include strategic foresight, international development project design, sustainability engineering, scenario analysis, stakeholder consultation, futures explorations design and facilitation, and storytelling in business.
