Michael Nuschke is a retirement futurist, writer, and speaker. After a 30+ year career as a retirement planner, he realized that a retirement planner was really a “closet futurist”. He came out of the closet 10 years ago and began to share his insights and strategies with the public and the financial advice industry. His aim is to help people “live long, live well, and prosper” by exploring and communicating the implications of technological advances and healthy life extension for the notion of “retirement”. Michael believes these implications turn conventional retirement planning on its head and need to be raised in both public and industry awareness. He spends his time between Canada, the US, and Mexico.
