Rob Caldera is the principal owner of Future|Shift Consulting, LLC, a consulting practice dedicated to helping clients anticipate and navigate disruptive change and make step-change improvements in the way they connect, communicate, and collaborate. Prior to forming the business, Rob worked within the corporate world as a change agent, driving small- and large-scale changes for initiatives ranging from adoptions of new technology systems, business processes, and policies to organizational restructurings and people-development efforts. Rob is certified in Strategic Foresight (University of Houston) and as a Change Practitioner (Prosci), with expertise in organizational change, communications, and effectiveness. His focus is on the future of work. He holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hofstra University. He was a recent board member and former president of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) NJ Chapter and a founding member of Change Agents Worldwide LLC. Rob lives in Verona, NJ with his wife, two kids, and one crazy hound.
